This beautiful mansion, with its splendid cupola and tower, was designed by Victor Beltri at the begining of the 20th Century. He was the most important Modernista architect in Cartagena at the time. The facade is decorated with ceramic tiles of a rococo design. The mansion now houses a museum of modern art. Other Modernista buildings can be seen near the Plaza del Ayuntamiente.
