Albir Beach is almost half a mile long and it is an award winning beach with lifeguards in the summer months. There is also a first aid post and facilities for washing your feet. It is a pebble beach, although the pebbles are very small and do not get as hot as sand. Sunbeds, parasols and pedalos can be hired. There are opportunities for windsurfing, kayaking and water skiing. Young children will enjoy the two playgrounds at the beach.
