Baeza Cathedral was rebuilt in the 16th Century by Andres de Vandelvira. The oldest parts are the 13th Century west doorway and the 14th Century rose window above. Inside are some outstanding chapels, a baroque retable and a rare Gothic Crucifixion sculpture. A fine grille depicting St Andrew, the Virgin with infant Jesus and the Crucifixion is by Maestro Bartolome. In the Chapel del Sagrario is a large baroque silver monstrance. In the cloister are Mudejar chapels.
