The Jardin Botonico de Cordoba opened in the 1980s and it is a fascinating garden with plants arranged in different areas according to their relationships. Between them are squares with fountains. There is an arboretum with trees and shrubs from many countries. Nearby is a rose garden and there is also a touch and smell area with plants that have been chosen for their texture and smell.
