Caldesdestrac has a fine beach which has breakwaters. There is a first aid centre and sun loungers and sunshades can be hired. Showers are available and there are refreshment places including a cafe and a restaurant. The resort has a launching area and a pleasant promenade runs aongside the beach. There are some Modernist buildings in the resort and nearby is a hot spa with chlorate salts.
