Carchuna Beach is over two miles long and it is composed mainly of grey sand. It has calm waters and there are lifeguards and a Red Cross point. Showers are available and sunshades and sunbeds can be hired. Nautical equipment is available for hire and it is a good beach for windsurfing and sailing as well as fishing. It is also a fine place for a stroll to watch the sunset. There is also an old castle.
