Castelldefels Beach stretches for three miles. It has been awarded the Blue Flag and there are lifeguards. The beach is composed of fine sand and has many access points which consist of wooden walkways. Showers are available and sun loungers and sun shades can be hired. Drinks and ice cream are on sale and there are restaurants. The beach is suitable for water sports and it has a windsurfing school.
