The Church of San Juan Bautista is a large neo-Gothic church that took over sixty years to build. It is often mistaken for a cathedral. This grand building was designed by Manuel Vega March and is built of a local grey stone. Work started in 1909 and it took until 1977 to complete. The church has beautiful stained glass windows and a sculpture of the Resting Christ by Manuel Rasmos.
