The Colegiata de San Miguel is an attractive Gothic church standing in the centre of a long, ancient square in the small, fortressed town of Aguilar de Campoo. The church has a Romanesque facade and a fine bell tower. Inside is a large retable and the 16th Century mausoleum of the Marquises of Aguilar. Another carved tomb is that of the priesr Garcia Gonzalez.
