The Iglesia y Convento de Santo Domingo is an 18th Century Baroque church which has the tallest tower in the old part of A Coruna. Inside is a chapel to our Lady of the Rosary, the city`s patron. Neaby is the pretty square of Plaza y Convento de Santa Barbara where a religious foundation was established in the 15th Century. A convent with a cloister was built here two centuries later.
