After being destroyed in 1936, the Concatredal de Santa Maria was carefully rebuilt in 1940 by Vicente Traver. The original church dated from the 12th Century but, because of a fire, it was rebuilt in the 14th Century. After the demolition during the Civil War, only two side doors and the central door remained, but some gold objects were saved. There ae also some canvases by Oliet and Ribalta. The building has been declared a site of cultural interest.
