The Playa El Rinconcillo lies to the north of the town and it is over two miles long. It is a fairly narrow beach with fine golden sand and calm waters. The beach has full facilities including a lifeguard and a red cross point. It is possible to hire sun loungers and sun parasols whilst water craft can also be hired. It is a good place for beach sports such as volleyball and there is a windsurfing school. There are several restaurants.
