Close to the pleasure boat harbour is the delightful Esplanada de Espana, lined on both sides with palm trees offering shade whilst you enjoy a stroll in this popular area of the city. The pavement is decorated with millions of three colour tiles of a geometric wave like design. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants where you can take refreshments. The Municipal Band holds regular open air concerts here.
