The Casa de la Fortuna derives its name from an inscription in its courtyard which reads `fortuna propita`. You will see decorated floors and on the wall of one of the rooms is a painted fresco. The house was built in the 1st Century BC and it lies beside a Roman road. Another site of archaeological interest is the Augusteum, a religious meeting place.
