The La Yecla and Sabinar de Arlanza consists of a dramatic area where there are gorges, canyons and mountains. La Yecla is a deep, narrow gorge in limestone rocks which can be accessed on foot by walkways and hanging bridges. In this region there are extensive juniper forests with trees that are over 2000 years old as well as fine woods of Pyrenean oak.
