The Hospital de Mujeres is a splendid Baroque building that has been built around two attractive patios, and linking them is an unusual stairway. There is an 18th Century Via Crucis that has been made from Triana azulejos in the patio. Also of interest is a work by El Greco. It is of St Francis in Ecstasy and shows the saint experienciing a mystical event.
