The Museo del Retablo houses a unigue collection of historic altarpieces from the surrounding area. Dating from the 16th Century, they tell the lives of the Christian martyrs and the Mystery of Christ and the Virgin Mary. The museum also contains impressive crucifixes from the 10th to the 18th Century and a number of monstrances as well as paintings. There are also vessels in gold and silver and a 15th Century painting from the Flemish Castilian school,
