The Museo Taurino in Badajoz is considered one of the best bullfighting museums in Spain. Since the mid 1960s it has been housed in this building which is at the back of the Carmelite Convent. The exhibits include many posters, some of them over 200 hundred years old. On show are the heads of famous bulls, the suits worn by the bullfighters and their trophies as well as some of their possessions and photographs.
