The Museu Etnologic displays cultural collections from around the world, including America, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia and Morocco. The museum presents its exhibits through temporary displays based around two or three particular themes, which may be about religion, art or daily life. Several exhibitions are on display at any one time, lasting for a year or more, and there is usually one devoted to an aspect of Spanish rural life.
