The Plaza de la Corredera is the central square in Cazorla. Here stands some fine buildings, including one from the 16th Century building that was once a monastery. It is now the town hall. The Iglesia de San Jose also stands in the square. Dating from the 17th Century, it holds an impressive retablo and copies of works by El Greco. From the square you can follow narrow streets to the Balcon de Zabaleta, a mirador offering superb views of Cazorla and the Castillo de la Yedra.
