Port Saplaya is a lovey fishing town with picturesque houses and a small port. The beach is almost half a mile long and it is composed of fine sand. It has a Red Cross point and there is access for those with reduced mobility. The resort has a promenade and restaurants are nearby. To the north there is another fine, sandy beach which is sheltered from the prevailing wind.
