The Roman Theatre of Alcudia is the smallest one to survive in Spain. It dates from the first century BC and could have held 2,000 spectators. There are eight tiers of seats with two gangways. The stage area, which was made of timber, is no longer present. The theatre is a few minutes walk from the town and it can be reached by a footpath that starts from Calle Santa Anna. Concerts are sometimes held in the theatre.
