Cabaneros National Park is a large, beautiful area of pasture and mountain ranges covered with forest. It is the habitat of birds such as black vulture, eagles and large mammals, including wild boar and deer. Conical shaped refuges for shepherds stand in the pasture. Information about the park can be obtained from the visitor centre and guided tours in land rovers are available. They need to be booked in advance.
