The Casa de las Ciguenas was built by Diego de Caceres in the 15th Century as a family house. It is remarkable for its narrow battlemented tower. It was the only building allowed to keep its tower during the reign of the Catholic Monarchs. This was because of the owner`s loyalty to the monarchs. The building sometimes hosts temporary exhibitions.
