The Valderejo Natural Park is a beautiful valley surrounded by limestone hills. There are forests of pine, beech and holm oak beside a river as well as pasture and mountain cliffs. The highest point is Mount Rescuenco which rises to 1240 metres. Wildlife includes wild boar, deer, griffon vultures and golden eagles. The park has several walking routes ranging from about two miles to eight miles.
