Bielsa is a beautiful village in the Aragonese Pyrenees. In the centre is an attractive, 15th Century church and a splendid town hall. During the Spanish Civil War the village remained a Republican stronghold until June 1938. An exhibition with related material can be seen in the town hall. A road leads to the Valle de Pineta, a starting point for walking trails.
