The beach of Cala Tirant is backed by sand dunes and there is a lake and marshland. This is a good area for birdwatching. The beach is safe for swimming and is suitable for children. There is a beach bar and pedalos, sunbeds and parasols can be hired as well as windsurfing equipment. Cala Tirant is west of Fornells and can be reached by road.
