The Colegiata Church of Santa Maria was built in the Gothic style during the 14th and 15th centuries. The nave is unusual because it has five sections. It became a collegiate church in 1497. Because of its fine architecture, the church was declared an Artistic Monument in 1931 but, unfortunately, it was burnt during the Spanish Civil War and some of its treasures were lost. The building was restored during the 1940s.
