Dominas Beach is a magnificent, popular beach with fine white sand. It is over one mile long and it is equipped with showers and a Red Cross point. However, it can be windy and is therefore suitable for surfing. Near here is a Roman site where ancient artefacts have been found. In the year 1800, an English fleet with about one hundred ships and many infantrymen tried to disembark here and take Ferrol, but they ran into difficulties and were defeated.
