The Municipal Museum in Estepona is the home of four museums. One of these is the Archaeoogy Museum and it contains many prehistoric artefacts, including tools, and there is a terracotta of the Phoenician god Bes. There are also Roman pieces and Muslim artefacts. The Ethnological Museum contains over 2000 exhibits, including scale models. There is a Paleontology Museum. The fourth is the Bullfighting Museum which has costumes and portraits of famous bullfighters.
