Near the end of the picturesque village of Sant Esteve, a tunnel enters Fort Marlborough, an underground stronghold built by the British in the 18th Century and named after Lord Marlborough. It was built to guard the entrance to Fort Sant Felip. This intricate, seven sided stronghold was never destroyed and it has been renovated and opened as a museum. The tour has special effects which includes explosions in the underground tunnels.
