Fuenteheridos is a pretty village with a magnificent fountain called the Fuente de Doce Canos - the Fountain of the Twelve Jets - in the square. Millions of litres of water a day are said to pass through the fountain and around the shady square are several tapas bars. Nearby is an 18th Century marble cross and attractive houses with balconies. The Iglesia del Espiritu Santo dates from the 18th Century and nearby is a viewpoint of the surrounding, wooded countryside.
