Galaroza is an attractive village with many springs and fountains which are celebrated every year on the 6th of September during the Fiesta del Jarrito when the villagers engage in a water fight. In the centre of the village is the 17h Century Iglesia de la Purisma Concepcion. Galaroza is a good starting point for walks which include footpaths through chestnut groves and orchards to Fuenteheridos as well as other walks in the Jabugo Valley.
