Playa de la Puntilla is near the town of El Puerto De Santa Maria. The beach is almost one mile long and is composed of fine, golden sand. A barricade separates the beach from the River Guadalete. It is a Blue Flag beach and is well equipped and there are access points for those with reduced mobility. There are facilities for sailing and windsurfing.
