The village of Roda de Isabena perches on top of a hill and boasts that it has the smallest cathedral in Spain. The building dates from the mid 11th Century and it has an intricate 12th Century facade. There are impressive Romanesque wall paintings in the crypt and in the chapel off the beautiful cloister, which has a well. In an elaborate tomb are the remains of San Ramon. The rest of the village is worth exploring.
