The Museo de Calzado is an intriguing museum located in a town known for its many shoe manufacturers. The museum traces the making and design of footwear from medieval times to the present day. Exhibits include the tools and machines involved in the shoe making process as well as displays of footwear from all over the world. These range from shoes used by royalty, spurred boots worn by medieval knights to flamenco dancing shoes.
