Built in the Romanesque Aragon style in the 16th Century, the Town Hall has two towers and a carved wooden gallery below wooden eaves. The hall and staircase are Renaissance. In a chamber is a 19th Century painting of `La Campana de Huesca`, the legend of Ramiro 11, the monk, who ordered the execution of the nobles who defied his authority. One head was suspended by a rope, symbolising a bell, and the message stamped his supremacy.
