The Andalucian Flamenco Centre is housed in the 18th Century Palace de Pemartin. Dedicated to the preservation and promotion of flamenco, the centre has a library with many works about flamenco and a music library. There are regular audio visual shows about Andalucia and flamenco during the tourist season. Every spring, Jerez De La Frontera holds a two week festival of music and dance, as well as a shorter festival in the autumn.
