The Jacinct Verdaguer Promenade is lined with palm trees and is a fine place for a stroll. The esplanade has been built on land relaimed from the sea and at one end is the Neo-classical Town Hall which was built in 1872. At the opposite end is Garriga House. Look out for the Fountain of Canaletes which is a replica of a fountain in Barcelona.
