Located near the Plaza de la Constitucion, the Jardin Victoria is attractively laid out in terraces beside a ravine containing a stream. It was established in the 19th Century and many types of flowers as well as palm trees grow in the garden. One of its architectural features is the marble mausoleum of Diego Ponte del Castillo. Nearby is the former grammar school which now houses a club with a bar and games room.
