The La Hoya Settlement is an archaeological site where people lived three thousand years ago. The village had squares, streets and markets. After being attacked, the settlement was abandoned and it was not discovered until 1935. Since then it has been excavated and the discoveries reveal that the inhabitants worked with metal and cremated their dead. Visitors can visit the site and a museum containing artefacts and models with information about the villager`s daily life.
