La Rosita is a traditional family farm north of La Oliva and it is open to visitors. Camels are used here to pull the plough as well as carry people on rides through the fields around the farm. Children will enjoy the various animals and as well as farm animals and crops there is a small museum with tools and implements, including those used to make cheese. A collection of old photographs illustrates life on the farm in the past.
