The Lanzarote Wine Museum is located amongst vineyards near the village of Masdache. The museum is in a wine cellar that was founded in 1775 and it is the oldest still in use in the Canary Islands. Here you can view the machinery and tools that are used in the production of wine. Visitors are offered a taste of the wine `El Grifo`. To find the museum, look for the monument marked `Bodegas El Grifo` created by Cesar Manrique at the entrance from the main road.
