Set in a sheltered bay, Llafranc is a Blue Flag beach with golden sands. Behind the beach is the Passeig de Cipsela with its fashionable restaurants, whilst at the northern end is a marina. It is possible to hire motorboats and kayaks to explore the small coves and caves near the resort. The coast north of Llafranc is a popular diving area because of its underwater trench and mountains, and diving courses and excursions are available.
