The Mosaics House dates from the Second Century when it was an important house in Lugo. There is also evidence that it was occupied during the 5th Century. The mansion had spectacular mosaic floors in the dining room and an adjoining room whilst the surrounding walls were decorated with paintings. Visitors can see an audio-visual presentation on a large screen explaining daily life in days gone by in the Mosaics House.
