The Archaeology Museum is housed in the old convent of San Vicente. In the museum is a wide range of displays, including prehistoric tools and carvings. There are also coins and a mosaic from the Roman occupation. Among the exhibits are altars, chancel screens, and parts of columns from Asturian churches, including San Miguel de Lillo. These, with other fragments, show Byzantine influence. There are also Asturian farming tools, furniture and old musical instruments.
