Peguera lies in a bay with sandy beaches and pine forests and the resort is popular with families and older pople. There is a seafront promenade. Between the beach and the resort of Camp del Mar is the small peninsula Cap Andritxol with a 16th Century watchtower. It is a popular destination for walks from Peguera and there is the opportunity to spot many kinds of flowers.
