Binisues is a manor house that has been converted into an exhibition of traditional Menorcan life. The mansion is in a beautiful setting with views of the hills and valleys of inland Menorca. It was the home of the Salort y Martorell family and the original furniture and paintings are in the rooms. Inside the farm buildings are farm implements and you can see an exhibition of mounted butterflies. There is also a restaurant serving traditional Menorcan meals.
