Calella de Palafrugell is an attractive resort with white washed houses and small, sandy beaches. It was formerly a fishing village and fishing boats can be seen at Port-Bo beach, which has won the Blue Flag award. Canadell is also a Blue Flag beach. The area is also popular for diving. A ooastal footpath will take you to Llafranc, or south past tiny, secluded coves.
