Can Planes is a cultural centre housed in a 19th Century mansion and it has a contemporary art gallery featuring the work of Mallorcan artists and also foreign artists resident on the island. There is also a toy museum with a wide range of 19th and 20th Century exhibits, including rocking horses and dolls` houses. Sa Pobla has a fine 19th Century Baroque church and it is known for its busy Sunday market.
